I bought a log cabin from Quick Gardens two years ago and recently misplaced the storm brace bolts. I reached out to Gabrielė, and she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Despite having very little information, she quickly located my order and sent me replacement bolts free of charge, with no hesitation. Fantastic service from start to finish – I couldn’t recommend Quick Gardens more!
Quick Garden use external builders to erect. My fully insulated outside office took forever to arrive and has been erected with a leaking roof and a poorly fitted door. That was 4 months ago. It is still leaking. Quick Garden firstly tried to avoid accepting responsibility by blaming their Third Party builder. They have now indicated that the builder is about to get in touch to remedy the matter but that was a month ago. Terrible customer service.
Thank you to everyone at Quick Gardens for sending replacement window handles to my home here in Wales, Uk. I honestly didn't expect you to send them for free because I've been living in my cabin for over two years. The handles arrived from Lithuania in just a few days-amazing service. Thank you so much. I love my cabin. I can highly recommend living in a cabin. It's such a lovely environment compared to the traditional stone built houses I'd lived in all my life. It copes with everything the Welsh weather throws at it. It's easy to keep warm in winter, I use electric radiators. Last summer we had very hot spells but I just opened all the windows and doors and let the breeze blow through. I collect my rain water from the roof. I am living my best life and would never want to live in a stone built house again.
I bought a log cabin in 2017, and it has been an excellent purchase. The reason for this review is because I needed to replace an exterior door handle, and the after sales service has been outstanding. Given they no longer sell the model I originally bought, they nonetheless were able to source a handle compatible with my requirements. Excellent company all round.
Very good service with an impressive logistic of delivery. My cabin came as one single package all wrapped and delivered by a single man in less than 30 minutes. In 4 days I had a full built massive modern cabin in my garden. Couldn’t ask red for more.
Quick Garden were a pleasure to do business with. They kept us informed of the status of the order and delivery and construction of our cabin went smoothly. We needed to have a non-standard size for our space in the garden and the Quick Garden team were very good at helping us design the optimum size. The special size meant that the order took slightly longer than normal, but that is to be expected. I am happy to recommend Quick Garden and would purchase from them again.
I bought a Lea cabin in late 2019, with some customisation.All the materials arrived in a timely manner and a few minor issues were resolved quickly and with excellent post sales support.5 years on the cabin looks great, one of the window handles broke this week and without any quibble, Quickgarden replaced.Very pleased with product, even more impressed with After Sales service. Strongly recommend.
