My son has been watching the online tutoring videos and they have really helped him understand his lessons better. The explanations are simple, and he can go back to rewatch whenever he needs. It's been a great help for his studies.

Pity we can’t give no stars

Pity we can’t give no stars. I just discovered I have been paying this company for absolutely nothing for over a year. I have no recollection of signing any subscription and it seems to have had something to do with Apple. Oddly on a credit card I only use when I am out of the country which is why I didn’t notice. Have tried contacting them on 4 different email addresses but they have been returned as not valid. Feel so stupid not noticing. The bank have stopped the DD but can’t do anything about the years worth of payments.

Scam site

Search for "quick tutor" in your trash mail, and you find a subscription cancellation button in the mail that says you started a subscription. I'm sure you also got scammed, as I did

I somehow ended up with a subscription…

I somehow ended up with a subscription but after emailing the customer service they just asked for my email adress and last 4 digits of my card and cancelled my subscription straight away, they also refunded me the money that has already been taken.

Abysmal “customer care”

Signed up and immediately forgot about it (severe AUDHD), my mistake, right? Well, after being charged for the subscription fee (which I did not see on Apple and could not figure out what app/site it was for) I plead my case with the customer care. As a disabled, working full-time, single mother of 2, I figured since they could very well see that I’d never even logged into the service -at all- I would no problem receive the (extremely needed) subscription fee refunded.I sent a respectful request and was sent a copy/paste of “you signed up for this, you’re paying for it” response back. Fair enough.Can’t even say if it’s worth it, as I cannot get over the nerve.0/10 would not recommend and would 10/10 steer clear of at all costs. If they can’t even take care of people as customers, what could they possibly make up for in tutoring?Scam.

Rated 5 out of 5 starsI initially subscribed through Apple Pay, but after contacting the customer support team, the issue was not resolved. you shouldn’t join this site if you don’t want to lose money without any reason
