My order was processed in due time and packaged carefully, apart from this I noticed this shop has products in stock that are not common or have been sold out ages ago elsewhere, which was the main reason I ordered with them. Fair prices, too.
QuietPC were great from start to finish - I emailed them to get their opinion on a system spec, one of their senior engineers replied with a couple of minor changes. The ordering process was simple and smooth, I was kept informed at all stages of the build and delivery process. The machine itself is a JOY to use, it does everything without breaking into a sweat, it's so quiet I can barely tell if it's on or off. The build quality is superb. They're every bit as good as I'd hoped - totally recommended.
Quiet PC allowed me to build exactly what I wanted and prices were comparable to what I was seeing elsewhere, but the difference was that I didn't want to build a whole tower, I only needed certain components and Quiet PC did it best. On top of that, communication was great and shipping was fast to the States. Very appreciated.
QuietPC were incredibly helpful from first enquiry through to post-sales support. The PCs I ordered were built to spec (two different configurations) and both delivered on time. Both run beautifully and a minor initial set-up issue on one machine was resolved in about 10 minutes after a quick phone call for advice. That was great service and one of the reasons I always go back to QuietPC. Totally reliable and very friendly with great quality machines.
I had previously purchased a custom-built pc from Quiet PC back in 2017, and it has performed faultlessly since then. However, technology moves on, and so when it came to considering a replacement, Quiet PC was my natural go-to solution! I selected the Serenity Ultimate Gamer, but enquired about an alternative case - Andy was very helpful at assisting with this, and the new pc blends in nicely with my study. Super quiet too! As ever, prompt response, helpful and friendly staff - you can see from other reviews that this is a core element of why Quiet PC is highly rated. I’m sure this pc will do me a good few years now….. but when the time comes to upgrade or replace, Quiet PC will be top of my list once again!
