I was not satisfied with a hair dryer (£230!) and decided to return it following the instructions on the website. I have the return receipt (EVRI), and customer service approved the refund, but the financial team is refusing to process it. I was left confused as they did not respond to emails. After a week, I managed to contact them by phone. They spoke to me in a very rude manner, claiming I had followed the wrong procedure, stating that the correct one was not the clear guidance on the main page, but rather something buried in an FAQ (which I had no reason to check!). Even after I sent them an email pointing out the webpage and the procedure I followed, they never replied. After more than a month and numerous emails, I still do not have the hair dryer or the refund that customer service had approved. I reported the payment as fraud to my bank. I did not expect such a terrible and exhausting experience post-purchase, so I will not be returning. I regret not purchasing it, at the same price, from an alternative platform.
I purchased water-resistant lace-up boots and wore them once while walking my dog for 30 minutes. They were too tight across the main part of my feet and at the toes. I typically wear a size five in shoes but opt for size six in boots. If I tried a size seven, my heel would likely slip, as I have narrow heels and slim feet. They look nice, but since they aren't made of leather, they won't stretch. Unfortunately, I'm returning them. The black color is more like dark grey, which is a nice shade, but it's a shame they didn't work out for me!

I have not received my parcel that was supposed to arrive a week ago, nor have I received any response after reaching out to the support team regarding its status. The response times to issues are very unsatisfactory, and at this point, all I want is a refund, as I no longer trust that I will receive my items.

I ordered the fryer and it was dispatched on time by the company. However, the delivery service used took longer than expected, and my order only arrived yesterday. This was disappointing, and perhaps a change in delivery service could be considered.
I was thrilled to get my item in just two days. However, I was not pleased that the package was left outside by the courier, but I can't hold the company responsible for that. I purchased the green table with three screw-on bamboo-style legs for my bedside. It's quite practical and looks great, especially with plants on it. The legs are easy to attach, allowing for immediate use.
