Okay - Daily Mail on Line - Sale via QVC of Special Pillows for sore neck sufferers - Products ordered & paid for - 3 weeks goes by now & still no pillows - No e mail updates on delivery of the pillows ordered & paid for - 101 e mails received from QVC trying to sell one of there other products !!! Do not buy from QVC - Stick to Amazon - a 21st Century Retailer - In reply to your kind message of concern below I have already done that a week ago & QVC paid me Lip Service - Today a week later I lost my patience hence my review & I have had an e mail from QVC who are looking into this situation again or so they tell me - Watch this space - I am prepared to take this Reveiw down when or if the pillows arrive - I guess if they do not arrive by end of next week which would not surprise me the. I will requesting the credit card company to authorise a charge back & refund me my credit card sales amount - I guess my final caveat is "watch this space".
Wanted these shorts for my Oz holiday last November but at £49 a bit too expensive! So bought a cheaper pair from Denim &Co. Mistake. So in the Sale found the White Stuff Una shorts they are perfect save them for summer!
Always plenty of choice on QVC and great brands. Customer services are always beyond helpful. Deliveries with Evri are quick and on time in my area!
Excellent products, outstanding customer service, unfortunately let down by an unreliable service from Evri courier who deliver for them, but QVC are an outstanding company!
I've shopped with qvc since it began in 1994. It's the best place to shop. My only complaint is that I always return (if I need to) the very next day after delivery, but sadly it's quite expensive for postsge/Evri. I still do find a company that you can return make up (used) and food, everything, absolutely everything if you decide it's not right. Even wear shoes, boots, take labels off, honestly, they have top brands so give them a try. I don't believe you'll be disappointed
8 days since placing order and paying in full and still waiting. Called QVC and told they would have to investigate with Evri and new order would probably be another 5 + days . :(

Upon opening the package, the dress appeared to be in poor condition, full of creases and lacking the vibrant colors shown in the advertisement. I hung it up to see if the creases would fall out, but they remained. I noticed on the tag that if it was removed, returns wouldn't be accepted, which was shocking. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that I couldn’t remove the tag. This policy made me dislike the dress even before trying it on. I was frustrated that I wasn’t informed about the standard 60-day trial period. When I finally tried it on, it was too large, so I returned it. I will not be purchasing anything else, as I dislike feeling misled.
