it was easy to book and get there. staff was very friendly and nice. the stairs are a bit narrow so if u have a big and heavy suitcase u would need to carry it up/down. overall great tho and i would book with them again

Scam - avoid

We needed to storage our luggage for a few hours in Zagreb. We paid ahead of time. The bookstore listed as Mašićeva did not take the suitcase. Reason? Radical Storage sends them customers but never pays them.This is a scam operation.

We got scammed - don’t use

We got scammed - we booked storage in Barcelona “Carrer de la Maquinista, 4, 08003 Barcelona, Spain” near the Barceloneta tram stop and the shop “Stoke threads” didn't exist. I was calling the number and it didn’t work. I then used the “24 hour live chat” and didn’t get a response until 4 hours later at which point we’d been lugging our suitcases around all day and were on our way to the airport. The response was that they could move us to a different location which isn’t helpful 4 hours after. I have just checked and the store is still on their website.
