Be wary of the site very close to Brighton Station, UK. Booked to leave a backpack overnight, on drop off refused pont blank to let me do so, was very offhand, unpleasant and told me there were no storage facilities in city where you would be able to leave and pick up next day, completely wrong as found a site directly which charged less than half what Radical Storage originally did. Am attempting to be reimbursed

Convenient & Trustworthy

I stored my luggage here for a week, super convenient and trustworthy location! I was nervous about the size and weight of my luggage but they have no size limit. Highly recommend, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Made our day so enjoyable

Location was easy to find and the process of scheduling it online was easy as well. Being able to store our luggage made our day so much more enjoyable. Staff was fast and friendly.

Easy, but storage was up a lot of stairs

Reasonably priced, easy to use and pre-book online.It was nice to meet with a person at reception instead of having to use machines.If you have lots of heavy bags though, the place by Rialto Bridge keeps your bags up several flights of stairs and you have to carry them up and down, fine for me but something worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues.

Terrible App that has very little…

Terrible App that has very little information of where the luggage storage is, the map took me to the wrong location, spent hours wandering around with a heavy bag. The live chat support was useless in dealing with the issue. I only found the drop off point by my Airb&b contact who identified it as a small business that shut for 3 hours over lunch. Radical Storage need to do their homework on the local areas and have better support for unforeseen issues. I won't be using this app again as it is not reliable.
