Booked a "locker" until 7PM. Went to pick my luggage up around 6PM only to find out the owner had closed the store at 5PM. Finally received my luggage 45 minutes too late causing me to miss 2 busses to the airport and going through financial loss and emotional damage since I had to buy extra tickets in the end.
I was very reluctant in the beginning, but after reading the previous reviews, i decided to give it a try. The whole process was very smooth. We have been provided with a QR code after making the booking. The staff scanned it and they took pictures of our bags. They were securely placed and we could have enjoyed our day in Old Town.Because it is a restaurant, i would not recommend storing any perishable items in the luggage because of the room temperature, but otherwise everything is alright
I booked a luggage locker with Radical Storage and we I arrived the location was closed. The customer support was helpful and booked another nearby location but unfortunately that location said they didn’t provide the service and were annoyed that people were turning up there. This service needs to better update their system, we were wheeling huge bags all around London and wasting precious time! We used another service in the end.
