Review Time
Shop with the storage was closed at the booked time. Waited almost an hour and had multiple calls until it worked. Didn't even get some money back for waiting that long at a bus station.They just don't really make it work to connect it right with the people who give the storage. Because the times written on their website to store the luggage included times when the shop has officially closed.I tried to submit a review at their own page with a 1 star rating but it said "sorry something went wrong" so not even that worked.
The owner of the shop Späti at SamariterStraße Subway in Berlin claimed he was not part of Radical Storage. So despite us showing him that it was his address, he did not agree to take the 2 pieces of luggage we just paid for. We even showed him how the neighbouring shops around his shop were the same as on the map. Thus, we had to carry our heavy bags all day in Berlin. So, Radical Storage is not to be trusted regarding their partners. I am attempting to get my money back.
Booked storage at Parma Station. Unable to find it at the location given. Ended up having to book with another company. Complete waste of money. Update 12/07/24: I am pleased to say that I have received a refund from Radical Storage. I hope that they will sort out their facility near Parma station so that others do not have the same experience that I did.
