Review Time
First time using both this company and storage shop. All was fine. Bag was left on the shop floor but in the back corner. No problems collecting and everything was as it should be. Admittedly was rather sceptical at first but great concept and will use again.
Terrible, inflexible policy. I asked for a cancellation well over a week in advance because of a family emergency, and they very unkindly were not able to cancel nor refund my booking. All other travel companies I reached out to were able to make exceptions due to the grave nature of my situation, but their team was curt and unhelpful. I would not recommend.
Do not use this company. On my final day of a trip to Edinburgh I tried to book 2 storage units ilas our flights were late that day. Their system would not take my debit card and payment failed however, 3 hours later I got an email confirming the storage unit had been allocated to me. Too late for us to use. I immediately emailed them but they would not refund me. They keep saying I cancelled service however it was their system error. They do not do refunds. A scam
