Messy but friendly

It seemed a bit messy and unsafe that the luggage was just put in the middle of the shop where other people could reach it but it was fine and still there when we picked it up and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Confusing info about location but otherwise perfect

All went well. The instructions to navigate to the location were very confusing though. In the confirmation mail the destination was a few doors to the left (a hair saloon) as compared to the information on the site itself.The handover of the luggage was very informal, no ticket or something, so we doubted a bit if it was all safe. But it went all well and smooth and the price is way better than at Oslo Central Station if you need storage for several hours. The storage is situated in a Joker store which functions as a parcel pickup/delivery as well. It is a few minites walk from Central Station.When booking you are obliged to pay a fee for insurance.

Easy drop off and pick up

Very friendly and helpful service. I was a bit nervous about the location of the bags but as they indicated there were no issues. Drop off and pick up where extremely easy.
