Sketchy location

This review is about the Miriage storage in Rome.They couldn't find my suitcase so i had to search it myself. The suitcase area was completely overflowing and many suitcases stood next to reception in full sight and could easily be stolen. When I walked in i already had a sketchy feeling so i ended up taking my entire backpack and laptop with me trough Rome even though it was 28 degrees. I would not recommend this place at all.

Best experience dropping the luggages at Desenzano Railway Station.It started heavy rain when we got to the station. The location is convenient and easy access. The people on the ground were also helpful.Thanks

Absolutely do not use this company

Absolutely do not use this company. I left my bag with them and when I went to collect my bag the shop was shut (despite knowing that I was collecting my bag that same day). I had to fly back to the uk without my luggage and now have to find a way of getting it back to the uk. They are not replying to any of my emails. Please do not use this company.
