Terrible experience — no cancellation, no security, no refundRight after booking the nearest location to store my luggage, I found out it was actually a Hindu restaurant. After checking photos online, I realized it had no security whatsoever — not even a closed room or locker. I tried to cancel the reservation immediately after booking, but the app had no cancellation option at all.I went through a chatbot, and eventually a person replied (they’re not online 24/7). I explained the situation, but they just told me cancellations and refunds are not possible due to company policy — even though I never used the service and tried to cancel seconds after paying.So I ended up paying for a service I didn’t use, with zero flexibility or support. Seriously? You book, realize it’s not a safe place, and you’re stuck with no way out?Do not use this service. It’s unreliable, misleading, and many of the locations are just cafés, hostels, or restaurants with no proper luggage security. Feels like a scam.
