Stolen shoes, ignored by radical storage after multiply messages and emails

Left my luggage in a Radical Storage in Sirmione, Italy. Expected a shop with lockers for my stuff to be kept as we was traveling light up to the top of lake Garda for the next 2 nights. When I found the shop it infact was just a shop that sold weed. When I asked where my luggage would be kept he just opened a cupboard in the corner of the shop. I was very skeptical but my boat was leaving for Riva Del Garda I 20 minutes so I hesitantly left the luggage.I returned 3 days later in a rush to catch the train to Verona. I had my QR code to check out my case, but the person behind the desk said his phone had died so take a business card and send over a screen shot on what's app or Instagram. So I left with my case and proceeded to go to vlVerona by bus and train. Later that night when I was getting ready to go out for tea. I noticed my shoes to go out in the evening was missing. I messaged the shop I kept it in and also messaged radical storage. I was given a email of a manager to resolve the issue as you are insured for any goods. I have never heard back and Everytime I use the chat on the website I'm assured people till get back to me and they are now blanking my messages all together. Avoid because your your stuff is taken they will not do anything about it.
