Review Time
We were about 20 minutes later than we'd scheduled but our locker was waiting for us despite the delay. The premises are spotlessly clean. Our locker was more than ample for our two loaded suitcases. And the security getting in and out seemed admirable. Most importantly, the personnel who helped us (and told us the best way to walk quickly to Marienplatz) were friendly and polite. Using Radical Storage was an incomparably better choice for the two free hours before our train departure than dragging our suitcases around and trying to enjoy the city
The shop where we stored our luggage was not that easy to find with the instructions from Radical Storage, but the lady in the hotel nextdoors showed us the way. The storage place was a little shop, they kept our suitcases in the back of the room. The shopkeeper was around all the time, this seemed sufficiently safe to me.
The location was a bit difficult to find initially, as the website did not clearly indicate that it was a restaurant, which caused some confusion. Additionally, guests need to carry their luggage down and then back up approximately 4–5 steps. While it wasn’t too challenging with my 22kg suitcase, it may be something to consider for those with heavier bags or mobility concerns.
