The person who took care of our luggage was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at this place for several days while travelling outside of Tokyo. The price was also extremely fair. 10/10 absolutely recommend! Thanks for taking care of our suitcases.

Nice people, honest and ready to help. The service could be bettered with more lockers where to store the luggage. Not clear the size of the storage - we paid for big luggage, but we had trolleys only. Different tariffs could be made depending on the size of the occupied storage. The directions given once I booked the storage where clear, and those who welcomed us, scanned the qr code I was given and showed us where to store the luggage, were extremely nice. The place could look a bit sketchy from the inside, but the service is great nonetheless and I was very satisfied!Would totally recommend, and I'm sure that, in case I need to store my bags for a day, I will choose this service again.
