There is a reason that they don't have Google reviews anymore. I started using their service mid-May, then I did a cancellation request 4 days later (due to horrible internet speeds), it was confirmed 3 times that my service will be cancelled, today on the 1st I was actually double charged and they proceeded to admit that there was no cancellation request, they then proceeded to try and lie their way out of it by saying that the charges was actually for May and that I'm back paying. I called them out on the lie and said that it couldn't be possible since I was charged pro rata for the remainder of May, which means that I would essentially be paying 3x for the month of May.They then held me on the line for 30 minutes to get approval for the refunds, but they just hung up and never phoned back.Save yourself the headache and just go with any reputable fibre supplier.
