Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rain WiFiI signed up for Rain’s WiFi service because they advertised 60 Mbps upload and download. What I actually received was around 1.63 Mbps, which made the internet almost unusable. The network quality was terrible.The day after receiving the router and testing it, I contacted Rain to collect it and cancel the service. They did not do so. Instead, they continued trying to debit my account for months. Luckily, I removed the funds so the payments bounced, but it has now been five months of asking them to call me or resolve this issue with no response.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend Rain to anyone who expects reliable speeds or proper customer support.Avoid this provider.
Terrible service, not working after the promise of that it should, logging calls of it not working only to find that they drop the call, support keeps promising to contact me but doesn't so in all terrible service and I payed two months in a row hopping they would help and fix the problem but no, want to cancel sorry you still have to pay
Good day ,I am very disappointed at rain.I pay my subscription very well.All sudden I was charged double charges after paying those charges ,I am.expected payment and I don't see the tap that shows our statement .Rain please send us our statements.
Hi can someone please assist ASAP as this going now the whole of my Saturday my whole Saturday connected without internet . This is obsurd really. Never ever wants to work but we keep on paying but we don't even get the network coverage we deserve it's always connected without internet it's way beyond ridiculous. I would never recommend Rain to anybody cause you don't vet your money worth of internet service and we are still now connected without internet this is extremely extremely bad and poor service way beyond. Every night connected without internet and now we are still connected without internet . They put the money up from R530 to R589 but we never get any internet inconnection. Way beyond ridiculous . After spending 20 mins on the phone with one of your agents we are still connected with no internet and here is my contact number 0603598376 call me let's get this sorted as this SUPER RIDICULOUS
