Professional and responsive…

I have really appreciated how proactive and upfront this company has been in dealing with an insurance claim. This is all the more appreciated given that all other parties involved from my insurance company to loss adjusters have been unresponsive and provided abysmal customer service. I’ve appreciated having one professional company in the mix, in the form of Rainbow.

promises but cut corners

promises but cut corners. didnt even turn up. makes it difficult for my insurance. left without bath toilet and hot water. stating they never knew i was living without essentials environmental health tried contact but they refused to speak. talked more about his business being furloughed etc even though i saw him most days working. asked for a copy of damp report refused stating i dont pay his wages the insurance do so wouldnt give me a copy even though its my home and i pay my insurance. recorded this conversation as i knew they were trying to get money for works they hadnt really done stating they cleaned but they didnt ....i did it. Dont be fooled whilst you are vunerable. I am disabled without a bath or shower since feb his excuse was covid

Saved my house from the threat of mold!

I had a water loss issue in my house that threatened to damage the stucture of my house and spread mold. Rainbow Phoenix came in and saved my home. On time and professional water damage company. Ill recommend them to everyone I know in Arizona, Phoenix metro!
