I installed the Randstad app and was working through the paperwork when I had a problem. I called every number in my area and left three messages. Not one response. Out of SEVEN calls altogether, I was sent to a call center in Mumbai or something because I couldn't understand a word. First, she had me on speaker and it never got better from there. Two hang ups later and I am so upset. If you're looking for work, I would not recommend Randstad!
Ms. Avula has been diligent and helpful in trying to get me employment. Despite some delays occurring as a result of my schedule with other interviews, I welcome the opportunity to become yet again a Randstad employee whenever possible.
I signed up to Reed 2 years ago and later found work elsewhere. Since then despite numerous requests from me to please delete my details Randstad still send me adverts for jobs. They poached my details from Reed and insist on still sending me jobs.Just had another one today which I couldn't apply for even if I wanted as I have no DBS. In fact I reviewed in November 2022 and it’s still going on Randstad I have seen your reply and I’m not a jobseeker any longer and I have asked you several times to delete my details and stop emailing me about jobs! Is that really so hard?To update today, 02.08.24 and to be fair to Randstad I have had an email saying my data has finally been deleted, so hopefully I won't be hearing from them again.
My issue 'eventually' got sorted, albeit very long winded and could, and should be made oh so simple to carry out online ! That said, this is clearly a 'company policy' issue and does not reflect on the call taker, Priyatha, who was as helpful as possible on the matter to hand and she did get things resolved. A thank you to Priyatha and her patience.
