Ordered a couple of small items which arrived very well packaged and were competitively prices both for the items and delivery. Only problem was that they use DHL who were there usual incompetent selves and delivered a day late, not the fault of Rapid though.
In a recent order there was an incorrect item. I contacted Rapid and received a very helpful telephone conversation and the correct item arrived the following day with an apology. This was excellent service.Rapid has now a vast range of boxes and enclosures, both metal and plastic making it easy to find a suitable enclosure for any project.
