I placed an order from Colombia, but had to assume additional costs, even though the website claimed that they had worldwide shipments. This was only communicated to me when I requested information on the status of my product.Although my product arrived in perfect condition and I am very satisfied with it, I think that the process could be improved to make it more agile and reliable.

I love the product for my My University E-Sports hoodie, the material is really comfortable and I have my own gamer tag on the back, my Only issue would be that the sizes that were on the website doesn't really correspond around other product as like a usual hoodie, the size different is something I'm not used to, so i ordered a large despite using an XL, it fits fine but should it not have been accurate because its custom i wouldn't have been able to return it.Preferably have these sizes checked or shown in retrospect to other hoodies.Besides that love the item
