I have personally spoken to Fabian have also texted with him as well he has always been sweet and respectful to me I have received all of my orders as well though when you order shirts that are on sale or his promotions they tend to take around 4wks to get them people don’t seem to take that into consideration when bad mouthing him online I have ordered multiple hoodies tshirts and beanies and all of them have been great quality and just what I ordered. 1 time he had an issue with my order an texted me right away to let me know and how I wanted to fix it I told him to pick his favorite in my size and send it. I had bought 2 at $19 each he ended up replacing them both with a $49 hoodie and another $32 hoodie so he actually lost profit on fixing that for me and did it on his own.

he had shirts listed as free, for some awareness bullshit, I forget what it was.. all you had to do was pay shipping. emailed about a month after because there was no sign of anything.. said all those orders went out.. so I waited.. this was in November.. its now January. still never got anything. figured it was too good to be true.. if he needed 8$ that bad he could have just asked.
My experience with this person and business today was unprofessional and rude. I placed my first order with Fabain on 1.6.25 for a Lavendar hoodie that he had on sale for 70% off or $19. I emailed him on 1.22.25 because I hadn’t received any information about my order. On 1.24.25 I received a text stating he didn’t have the size in the color I ordered, and he asked if I wanted to wait or let him pick a color. I replied asking about how long the wait would be and it took him two days to respond saying that he won’t restock this color until next year. So, I agreed to let him pick the color to fill the order, and the order was shipped on 1.29.25 and arrived on 1.31.25. I was under the impression that the hoodie I would be receiving would be the same style I order with old English text on it but what I got was a different hoodie with the rose picture and tattd on the inside of the screen print. Now for what happened 2.21.25, I noticed he posted an ad on Facebook stating that the first 100 orders of a certain item would be guaranteed shipped within 24 hours of ordering. So, I posted a comment asking about the other order because I was still waiting for an order I placed on 2.7.25 that was advertising again the 70% off or $19 price along with a phone call. Well, the comment was deleted and a message sent stating “Complain in my DMs or my cell phone 805-391-2402 otherwise I’ll just block you for doing that on my sale posts. Thanks. �”. So, I got blocked for asking a question. He was very unprofessional and rude. Resorted to bullying (name calling and body shaming) because I asked a question about why the pricing in the ads on Facebook were different than the website. It’s misleading to advertise one price and charge another. He also didn’t provide a disclaimer stating plus sizes are be charged at a different amount. I simply stated the ad the needs to reflect the price on the website. A simple addition of a plus sign added would fix things ($19+).
