Review Time
I paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel didn’t arrive on time, making it useless for the event I bought it for. Customer service admitted next day delivery isn’t guaranteed for certain postcodes, but this wasn’t mentioned at checkout. Paid for a service I never received, and getting a refund is a battle. Very disappointing.
I would rate this experience a 0 if possible - My order never showed up, and the delivery service has confirmed that my parcel is lost. The company requested I complete a denial of receipt form, which I submitted on time. Yet, they are refusing to issue a refund! I've been in communication for nearly a month with no resolution, and they won't even let me file a complaint. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.
The jeans were beautiful and perfect for my daughter, but sadly they didn't fit well. Since they were purchased on Black Friday as a Christmas gift, I missed the 14-day return window, making it impossible to return them. Many companies offer extended return policies during the holiday season, so this was quite disappointing. I understand it’s my responsibility to check beforehand, and had I done so, I might not have bought them. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to shop with them again.
The support team is fantastic! I mistakenly made an error with my order's shipping and reached out via email. They resolved the issue incredibly fast. I’ve never had problems with past orders either, and I would highly recommend this service to everyone! :)
Regrettably, my experience with the service was far from satisfactory compared to others who left positive reviews. Although they did respond promptly, their assistance was lacking. I placed an order that arrived on the day I went into the hospital to give birth, so I missed the notification about the delivery. It was left outside, and when I returned home, it was not in the location indicated by the courier. Initially, I contacted the courier for help, and they were quite supportive, stating they would investigate. Meanwhile, I reached out to the sender, who told me that since it was marked as delivered, there was nothing they could do, even after I explained my situation. They insisted I should have rescheduled the delivery, disregarding my circumstances. I was told to wait three working days for the item to show up before they would request an investigation from the courier, adding another five days for a response. My order was marked as “delivered” on Sunday, and here we are on Wednesday with no resolution, yet I must wait even longer. The company has lovely items on their site, and I was eager to order more clothes now that I have given birth, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
The customer service was exceptional. I made a shipping mistake with my order, contacted them, and had the issue resolved extremely quickly. I’ve never faced issues with previous orders either, and I would recommend their service to everyone! :)
I placed an order that unfortunately didn’t arrive. The company reached out to inform me that the parcel had been returned and offered me a full refund or to resend the parcel. I chose the refund, and the issue was handled promptly. Excellent customer service, thank you.
