Review Time
I ordered two Google Pixel phones a few weeks apart in the "very good" category, and they were both delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I'm much happier buying second-hand phones, both for economic and sustainable reasons.
Sent a device to Rebuy in February and got lost with DPD. Initially I was told that an invetsigation has been opened and it will take some time to be solved. Today I received a message saying that without the IMEI(which I don't have anymore) nothing can be done. So I am missing the iPad and also no payout. Horrible experience
As many others have noted, this appears to be a pseudo-scam where some customers get unlucky. I sent in a few items, including two good pairs of airpods, and was told the box was coincidentally empty when it arrived. DPD shows they picked up a box which weighed the correct amount. I wouldn't have even gotten this explanation unless I contacted customer service first to ask why it was taking so long to get the payment. Don't bother with this company - they'll steal your stuff and blame it on you.
