Choose a phone in the category very good. The phone I received had a broken mic. So I sent the phone back for a replacement. After waiting about 2 weeks I received another phone which didn't had any reception.So again sending it back, after they received the phone they said they didn't have the phone on stock anymore. So I get my money back. While their website showed me a different story. While I did get my money back within reasonable time, they have poor quality control especially for these prices. I just wasted a few days setting up, troubleshooting and sending phones.
Brand new tablet shipped to rebuy. The type was not accepted so it was returned 'neatly'. What seems? The box is missing, scratches on the back and to top it all off, the tablet is set in German with a password that is unknown to me. Customer service says it's damage from 'long-term' use of myself. Even though the device was brand new .. In addition, Customer Service indicates that they have not touched the tablet and that I have installed the password and rebuy software myself? Weird thing.
I orderd a rare model phone, kinda know that, thy sent me the wrong model, i sent it back, after that rebuy respont with a nice sorry en gave me my money back, this makes me trust the surves of rebuy a lot, the timing of a refund ? Wel i kinda spent money i dont need with in a month zo that i have all the time to wait for there surves to respont, rebuy gets 5☆ for there surves from me
