Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered an iphone for 800 euros that never arrived (DHL tracking says that the parcel never moved from Germany!) and now they are telling me that it will take at least 6 to 8 weeks to be investigated before they can do anything.

Not bad

Customer service seems to be bad as every other company in the Netherlands, because we did send and email to ask a question and didn't receive an answer, however we did receive the phone in good shape as promised so they are honest.

worst experience , scam

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with your company. I purchased an iPhone15 in October and waited at home on the delivery day. To my shock, I later saw a notification stating that the package had been delivered—but I did not sign for it, nor did I receive it.I immediately reported the issue to both your company and DHL. I was promised a response within 10 days, and then told that an investigation would take up to 8 weeks. It has now been monthssssss, and I am still waiting for a resolution. The complete lack of accountability and failure to deliver is utterly unacceptable. Now Rebuy ask me to put pressure on DHL because they can't offer a solution. buy on rebuy if you are ready to loose your time.
