BEWARE - Rebuy will not honor your warranty. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rebuy Warranty ServiceI am extremely dissatisfied with both my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and the handling of my warranty claim by ReBuy (Order TRN53783203). After just under a year of use, the phone started experiencing malfunctioning audio/sound, which I discovered were due to a broken hinge flex cable—a well-documented issue with this model. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet my warranty claim has been repeatedly denied by ReBuy under questionable and unfair pretenses as "self-inflicted" damage. Which is ridiculous.The first time I sent the phone in for repair, the claim was rejected because I had removed the protective film from the screen—something completely unrelated to the hinge or audio issues. This reasoning is absurd. The problem clearly stems from a fault in the hinge, which is a known issue with the Galaxy Fold 3. I have removed the protective film from the screen intentionally because it has started to delaminate, and in addition packing instruction by Rebuy clearly state that all protective films must be removed before sending the item for return.I sent the phone back a second time, only to have my claim rejected again. This time, ReBuy cited an "uneven hinge" and claimed that this indicated the phone had been dropped. I want to state clearly that this phone has never been dropped. Their refusal to honor the warranty is unjustified and frankly unacceptable.I expected more from both ReBuy warranty service and products. ReBuy has chosen to avoid responsibility rather than support their customers. Customer service are only empathetic but do not do anything to remedy the problem. I strongly advise against purchasing this model or relying on ReBuy for warranty services. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
I am really happy about the entire process. I was at first a bit skeptical but somehow based on instincts, if decided to go for the sale. The entire process of sending was so smooth. And its really good that you dont need to pay for sending your stuff. My lens was in perfect condition and got an offer based on the "like new" condition. The offer was much higher than what other websites were offering. Once the parcel was delivered, after 4 days I got the exact amount they promised in my bank account. I really look forward to doing more business with them!
First and last time im working with this company.I sold them used Iphone 12 pro max condities like new all accessoires inside with origineel box.Ive got message that the iphone have defect of back camera with flash and no lightning kabel inside.I took photos and video what was in box before i send 👍i took videos and photos with this apple 2 weeks ago worked perfect.Do i have to say more? Never ever and i will not buy even from this thing
I already bought a couple of HomePods at Rebuy but I’ve never sold my devices through this company.I was pretty nervous to send my MacBookPro from The Netherlands to Germany. But they arranged the shipping label and it reached his destination at Rebuy safely and on time. They were honest and kept the price which they offered when I described the state of the MacBookPro beforehand.I am really satisfied with this experience. Would definitely recommend Rebuy to other people! Thank you!
