I purchased this stethoscope as a gift…

I purchased this stethoscope as a gift and the box arrived with multiple dents in it. This is a bit embarsssing to give as a gift. Also, I wish the personalization allowed me to choose a brighter color for the writing. It was a dark brownish color personalized on dark blue rubber, so the name is not very noticeable.

The stethoscope I ordered is currently…not the one I wanted

The stethoscope I ordered is currently on back order from the manufacturer. Amy left me a voicemail offering to order me my stethoscope in another color that is in stock. I specified that I wanted the burgundy Littman Cardiology IV in champagne finish. Apparently there was some confusion ON HER PART when I asked about the finish of the champagne chest piece possibly showing fingerprints. Anyway, I received a burgundy Littman Cardiology IV stethoscope with MIRROR finish instead of champagne. I was told this problem would be rectified after the manager reviewed our phone call recording to confirm the mistake. He told me that since the item was engraved and since they don’t make a lot of money on these items it is usually non-refundable. That was Thursday of last week. He told me I would hear from him by Friday and it’s now Tuesday and I still have not been contacted. I’m very disappointed because I have spent over $200 for an item I didn’t want and this company has not stood by their word. I’m tempted to also contact the Maryland Better Business Bureau as well as Littman to let them now how their distributors are treating customers. Maybe then I will become a priority.

I ordered on Saturday evening, they already contacted me on Monday morning. Though they didnt have the color of Stethoscope I ordered it initially, they made sure I can change it or wait for it. When I changed, they made sure they asked the font and everything before finalising the order. Very polite and quite friendly and important is, very punctual. I liked it.

Gift area on web site hard to…

Gift area on web site hard to understand. I wrote a special message but it was not included in gift.Not comfortable with providing drivers liscense because of cost.

I love it

I love it. Finally i can hear bowel and lung sounds. I couldn't hear with my other stethoscope. I paid for 2 day shipping, purchased Friday morning they don't count the weekend. I received it on Tuesday afternoon instead.
