I gave them 5 stars as the whole process was relatively easy to follow. They provided the service and I was happy to use them for registration, especially as they were $10 cheaper than the rest. Initially I received registration provider offers from three different companies. If I'm to find a negative, and disappointment, and I'm not sure that my disappointment is accurate it is this. As was to be expected I continued to receive renewal emails from the company I used three years ago. After telling them that I no longer required their service they advised me that I had to provide them with an email address for the business, my name, and my residential address for them to notify ASIC of the change. They provide this service free of charge and I was thankful for that. Regarding my disappointment, it relates to "why didn't my new provider do this for me?" As I say, maybe they didn't have to. Hopefully, after reading this, they will let me know the answer.
Felt like I got scammed. I don't remember ever signing up to receive anything from them and yet when I received letter from them with renewal for business name, it seemed like it came from the government, only for me to realise 2 days later when ASIC sent a different letter for renewal with different due date and amount.
Most inconvenient and time consuming when you have multiple names to register for both the registration renewal process and the billing process.The web site needs to be improved to enable several registration renewals to be completed in the one transaction and to be sent on one account.also when you log in and view Orders you cannot then pay for them on Ccard
