Bad experience

I ordered flowers. They were not delivered. When contacting the helpdesk, I never got any response!!!
Furthermore, the flowers are still not delivered, despite promises made by the shop itself. They always promise, but never deliver.
VERY BAD SERVICE. I am going to ask my money back to Visa for not delivering any goods, not even willing to deliver goods. This is close to fraud. :-(

Good and fast service ^^

I have send the flowers to my boyfriend on valentine's day and he got it immediately ^^ fast and also the price isn't much expensive ... Sure I'll use this service again on a special days.

my wife was working on valentines day from 8 to 12,so i asked to deliver the flowers before 12h.and they did.ordered twice and no complaints whatsoever

On ordering the flowers there was an option to increase the size. Despite choosing the large selection I was quite disappointed to see that it wasn't much different from the normal bouquet shown on the website. Presentation wasn't that great either.

On a positive note however they were delivered at the time specified.
