delivery was too late...

Nice flowers but when ordered at D-1, was expecting to have the flowers delivered the day after as advertised.

But they weren't. When contacting them the day after, only get as excuse that they has some email problems.

If you pay 80€ to get flowers for someone, you at least expect them to be on time. Now it looks like we've forgotten her.

Pricey but efficient

The friend to whom I sent flowers seemed pleased with the bouquet. It was delivered efficiently though somewhat late in the day (for a hospital). The flowers lasted beyond the 5 days guaranteed, so all in all, I am a satisfied client.

Disappointed

I ordered flowers for a 50th birthday girl and asked for white and blue thinking that this time of year it would be possible. It was also listed as a set bouquet on the website. However, the flowers which were delivered were not even close to the type of flowers or the colours (multi coloured) that I had orderd. Why was I not contacted to ask for an alternative?? A lot of money spent for a special lady and feeling utterly disappointed. I won't use this service again. :-(
