They hang up on you and have terrible customer service. You will not ever get your money back and you better not enroll me in any unauthorized programI finally called during early am and got hold of a really nice person. They offered to give 20% of my money back. I took the offer.
KM was calm and empathetic regarding my refund request. Within a few minutes she implemented an urgent refund request and welcomed a callback if the refund was not received in one or two days. All in all, it was a positive experience. KM is a credit to your company.
