The quick response from REjuvacare's

The quick response from REjuvacare's people was most appreciated, and compared to some of the other online companies I deal with, it was also unusual. The only minor complaint (and it is really minor because Rejuvacare took care of this as soon as I wrote) is the charge that I didn't authorize. But my dealings with your company left me with a good taste in my mouth..........so thank you!

Confusion On My Part

I did not understand the, "14 day free trial", on my shipping confirmation. I was happy with my experience dialing in and almost immediately connecting with SHY in Customer Support. SHY patiently listened and then slowly walked me through my needs, explaining steps to take and patiently answering my questions. SHY definitely has the persona of, "Customer Service With A Smile".

Just another typical Jip joint trying…

Just another typical Jip joint trying to upsell you on everything but the kitchen sink before you check out. Even includes a “free“ 14 day membership that I just got charged another $43 because I didn’t cancel it. This should be illegal. I shouldn’t be signed up for a membership I never wanted just to buy their product. I guess buying their product isn’t enough anymore. They have to get you on the back end also. Ridiculous.
