Review Time
I signed up for an appointment, but before it was scheduled I was told I didn't qualify. My credit card was billed $398.99 and has been billed every month for four months even though I called after the first time and told them I never had an appointment, never received product. Why did I get billed for a product I never received?
The website was easy to use. The virtual appointments were handled very well and everyone was courteous and helpful. There were a few glitches with some of the automated text messages and emails, but it didn't detract from the overall great experience I had.
