Remedy Meds has been with me every step in my weight loss journey. They are professional in their handling of all my concerns and are on point with any questions that I’ve had. I’ve used some other on line companies But they truly make you feel like it’s a doctor/patient relationship and not just a number. Highly recommend you try them, you won’t be disappointed.
I never received medication and they will not refund $677.98 they charged me. I was not able to provide the documentation they requested to approve the medication but they continue to charge my account. After multiple calls I received an email stating they could not refund me due to the "circumstances". Please do not use this company.
Remedy Meds made it so easy to start on my weight loss adventure. It’s super easy to start on and reorder meds. I love the ability to make appointments whenever I feel a need. The only thing I would approve upon is the billing. Sometimes they hold up sending you prescription to the pharmacy if your billing date doesn’t coincide with your order date.
I am a very active person. I work in a warehouse. I have biceps. Like a man because I work so hard. I’m disappointed. I watched what I ate. Drank plenty of water. Walked at a fast pace from5-8 miles per day. I don’t drink soda. I don’t eat fast food. I paid $800 for two months and lost 8 Lbs. I will not be renewing. The cost is too much and a total of 8 lbs. in two months for $800. That’s $100 per pound. So disappointing will never do this again. I feel cheated out of money I didn’t have so if they can’t make this right- I’m out
Communication with the company has been great. I've been able to get in contact and have questions answered quickly. The portal is great, easy to use. I've been using Tirzepatide for about 6 weeks, so far down 8 lbs. Very pleased so far with everything.
