I was on the Semaglutide program for eight weeks and only lost 2 to 3 lbs due not to the meds, but because I took the initiative to cut in half my daily intake of food. When I called to cancel, the representative was very professional but never asked if I would like to talk to someone who could possibly find a reason as to why I was not losing the weight I believe I should be losing. I don't eat sweets, actually hate sugar, and eat a lot of protein and veggies, so something is not working for me. It seems like no one cared as to why the program is not working for me. I'll go elsewhere.

Very professional and polite. Then I had a video call with the doctor and again, very professional consultation where I was listened and given suggestions.
