I researched a couple of companies before deciding on Remedy Meds and it was the best decision I could have made. I started end of July and I’ve had awesome success with very mild nausea just the first month. They are super easy to work with and the best price I could find without insurance and dosage changes. I love that they require you to do lab work before your 3rd month dosage, to me it means they’re doing their due diligence and taking care of their patients. The tele health appointments are so easy to schedule with great availability times. The providers answer all questions and I have never felt rushed. Also their help center is great they answered emails and questions with great response time. Overall if you have been thinking of giving GLPs a try, RemedyMeds will definitely make your experience and success a great one.
Horrible service. Delayed meds over time caused a me to be a full month behind, but the idiots at Remedy thought that I was the one that was behind on a payment. The rudest customer service representative was rude and condescending, refused to listen. I was never able to get a hold of anyone reasonable. I sent detailed timeline that basically no one even bothered to address. This is a dishonest company. Stay away.
I've been with Remedy Meds 5 months. I use Remedy Meds in conjunction with my Personal Physician. My Physician actually recommended Remedy Meds as he has several of his patients who are members that are experiencing positive results. Even though that is true I still did my own research and found Remedy Meds 5 Star in every aspect!! You will meet with a physician to review your medications you are taking. BE HONEST!!! IT IS IMPORTANT!!! I left off my antidepressant thinking it would not allow me to be on the program, but they obtain your meds prior to your virtual physician call. She was VERY SUPPORTIVE AND UNDERSTANDING!! You will need labs if you haven't had in the past 12 months or so but they will send you a lab order for you to obtain at their cost. The Side Effects have been minimal, its IMPERATIVE to maintain your high protein diet and drink lots of fluids, exercise per their recommendations and you will be successful!!! Customer Support is more than phenomenal, advocating for your success. Note: Remedy Meds does increase a bit slower than the 2.5 you may see on other sites which I do believe makes you successful with no side effects. I'd also like to note is does take 3-5 business days to deliver, not overnight. Taking 2 days for a a cross the US delivery for me!!
My experience with this company was amazing! It was super easy, and they were always available for any questions. They truly cared about our well being, by making sure continuously that we were feeling fine throughout the medication. If I had a question I could ask a licensed provider within the day! Great experience!
