Very professional staff. A live person is available at almost all times, even weekends. The video appointments have a lot of available options and they keep in touch with you often via text and emails. As for the meds, they start you off slow and gradually build you up. Semaglutide did not work for me, but Tirzepitide did. They stood behind the guarantee that was available to me at that time. Meds were on time and shipped safely via fed ex.
