£500 worth of hair was delivered to a shop around the corner , DPD driver lazily took it and nothing was signed for . Contacted the company in abit of a panic, as I had no hair for myClients appointment, the shop it dumped at was said it did nt have the hair, nothing signed for.When contacting remi I got an email back saying call this number ,no help or offer to get sorted to fine the package of hair, even though I d provided all the information and my number for someone to call. Dont recommend going with Remi Cachet at all, I had the Ultra Tip Extensions and they ripped out and snapped my natural hair, despite them claiming to be ‘non damaging’ I had to take them out because my natural hair was so damaged, customer service is awful and was no help whatsoever.
