We engaged removals.co.uk to ship our car and a few household items to Cyprus and less than 24 hours before they were due to be collected they told us the car couldn't be shipped because we owned it for less than 6 months.
For weeks and through the entire sales and planning process they said they could ship our car and possessions but that new items would be taxable. That was not true - and so they don't even have necessary knowledge to do their job.
they have taken 5.6k and are not even offering a refund.
We have tenants moving in a week and so we are going to be homeless with a newborn.

Excellent service from start to finish. The initial phone call with Michelle who guided us through the whole process was very easy explaining the whole process as we were moving to a total different area in the country so needed a 2 day delivery slot. She was always very helpful on the phone whatever the query was. The 3 delivery men were excellent, quick and polite at both ends of the move. If we needed things moved from 1 room to another they were so obliging and very careful moving the furniture. We would definately recommend this company to someone else in the future.Very well done all. 👍👍
Amazing company, very stressed out when moving, and made the whole process from start to finish very easy and straight forward. Communication was a 100% from when arriving to delivery. Staff very professional and polite and very professional from start to finish, Highly recommend this company.
