Moving house is stressful and Removals.co.uk were so empathetic to this! They allowed me to rearrange my removal at short notice without an additional cost, reassured me in explaining at length the insurance cover terms and Kirsty James (account manager) was an absolute superstar! The removals guys themselves (Josh and Ricardo) turned up on the day of the move 30 minutes early and loaded the van very quickly and carefully. I then kept in touch with them along the drive to my new destination and they unloaded the van placing my belongings in the intended rooms. They were friendly, polite and amazing - couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you!
I had to move at the beginning of Covid-19 from Denmark to the UK. Lots of problems, flights cancelled etc. Michelle did a great job collecting my furniture etc and arranging storage in the UK until I was able to get back. The moving crews were just great!
