Big thanks to Chris and the team for such a good service moving my 80 year old mum from her house as she down sizes / stuff into storage for short term. Not the easiest thing for anyone of that age to go through but the lads took care of everything and know she was very thankful for paying an extra few quid for the complete service. I know she was re assured how organised and experienced the lads were. Well done guys and much appreciated as me & my sister (& families) are not nearby / away with work and you need people you trust / just do what’s on the tin 👌👏
Truly excellent service I would highly recommend! I had to ship some huge boxes to Nashville full of family heirlooms from my son’s great grandmother & his childhood toys, deeply sentimental stuff. I’m 73, not good online and Jessica was so patient with my numerous phone calls & so understanding & kind. You would not find a better service anywhere at a better price.
I recently moved from Essex to benidorm with removals and we had a 3 bedroom house - all packed up and loaded with 2 days and then delivered within the week. They took care of all paperwork for customs which was a massive help - thank you all and I'll have no hesitation in moving with you again
I recently used Removals for my move from Liverpool to Perth, Australia.In this day and age I literally got bombarded with calls - probably about 15 from 1 enquiry I made. This company stood out by a country mile as I could speak to a human being, I felt I wasn't treated like just another person making an enquiry and nothing felt robotic. To ensure that I would fit into either a 20ft or 40ft container (I did a similar move many years ago in a 20ft) but I didn't then have 2 now grown up children and a lot more stuff that we have accumulated over the years to bring over!As I thought, it ended up that I needed a 40ft container, and the surveyor spent a good hour with me going over all the Furniture and box packing that I would need. When move day came, well it was over 3 days due to the volume, each day the crew arrived bang on time and then the container arrived on the 3rd day - all was packed, loaded and sealed and then it was just the wait for the goods to arrive in Perth. Even though the experience upto this point was great, I thought in the back of my mind that the job hadn't been completed yet. I should not have worried. I was kept in the loop every step of the way through their Operations department and had immediate contact with the agents in Perth.The goods cleared customs and all goods were unloaded and unpacked on an agreed date. All is now set up within our property and we couldn't be happier with the service received. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all from a very happy customer.
I recently moved with Removals from Leicestershire to Malaga.The move was complex in that there was a Baby Grand Piano and a few pictures that were very valuable to me.Crates were provided for the Piano and the pictures and everything arrived safe and sound and within the timescale advised. I was aware from a family member who moved across to Spain a year ago that the paperwork could prove to be very complex but the support I received from the office in taking care of this was invaluable and certainly took the stress out of moving. A very big thank you to everyone involved.
Absolutely awful communication. Kept trying to book it in before I told them what days I needed it done, repeatedly. I was just about to tell them I'd go somewhere else, if it hasn't been an urgent moving job for the next day I would've! Took way too long to get a time sorted (5pm today). Woke up at half 10 to a bunch of messages asking what time his men can come down to do the job, despite us already agreeing 5pm, the last message cancelling the job due to no contact. I WAS ASLEEP!! absolutely awful. Issue after issue with them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should definitely had read this comments before.I spoke with an agent called KATE SAUNDERS (please remember this name). She will be great and very fast response until the moment you pay them. After that, be ready to write 3 follow up e-mails to get a response. If that was the issue with them, still ok, just an awful customer service. But that’s just the beginning. After having my goods collected in the UK, I started chasing kate (which doesn’t reply) for what will be the delivery date of my goods, after the 3rd e-mail I got a generic answer saying that my goods would be delivered in some time in 2 or 3 weeks. After that, a few weeks later on Thursday afternoon (5 PM more specifically), she sends me an e-mail saying that my goods would be delivered next day, without informing a slot. I replied to her saying that I was going to travel and I could only received before 4 PM, since I had no one else to receive them or from Wednesday o worlds which I would have came back home - she (very impolitely) said that my load would’t arrive before 4pm and if I wasn’t home my load would be sent back to UK and I wouldn’t receive a reimbursement from it.Kate was very inflexible, didn’t propose any solution and was ALWAYS very impolite. In the end I don’t know what will happen with my moving goods, I don’t know what will happen with they 1k GBP I payed for this service. I’ll probably will need to solve this legally.So, it’s clear that this is not a serious company, they don’t have compromise or care about their customers. You can find much better service with similar rates on other companies. DONT FULL YOURSELF FOR KATES FAST RESPONSE ON YOUR QUOTE. TRUSTE ME! WORSE EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE HAD WITH A MOVING COMPANY.
Tony picked up my Daughters furniture etc to put into storage.Such a Professional Man,very reliable,there was more there then we thought,and Tony put all this into the storage unit.Brilliant Company,we are going to call them again to move my Daughter into her property next month.I would highly recommend them.Resonably priced as well.Thank you so much Tony at H &A.
The person that I email at your company is one of the worst people to ask for a quote.Ignorant, rude and not bothered at allSuper bad Customer Service..Wanted to send 4 boxes from UK to Jersey but will choose other company.After I post this feedback somebody else come back to me threatening me to remove this feedback as well.Do not deal with this company.
