Michelle has assisted me from the beginning till the end of this process and she has always been helpful, polite and responsible. Very transparent in terms of pricing and no hidden costs occurred. The quote was reasonable and they offered exceptional service and value at a really good price.Definitely recommend!
We had a very good experience with Removals.co.uk. I found that their price offer was the most competitive among the companies I enquired. In our case, they executed the transfer through DHL which was very convenient as we could track our boxes throughout their journey. Because of BREXIT things can get complicated with clearance (in our case we had to appoint someone to do this for us once the shipment had arrived and pay a fee) but this is not related to the service provided by Removals. Communication with Michelle was excellent, she was always available by email or phone.
From the start my contact person Michelle Harris was very helpful and she had an answer to all my questions. She really was star and made my worries disappear.When the goods arrived in Germany a few weeks later, everything was in order, also the 2 guys who unloaded everything where friendly ans helpful. This service was really great. I was really surprised with the level of service. I was rushed getting back home to Australia due to COVID. The communication with Michelle was great. She was always quick to get back to me when I had any queries. My boxes arrived safe and sound in Australia and I had no issues at all with their service and delivery times.

Have just used these guys to move stuff from London to Madrid. It was an urgent request (Wanted the furniture delivered within a week of initial request), and even in the middle of a pandemic and country lock downs Michelle made it happen. Had to pay a premium but this is to be expected with such demands. The only criticism I had was that part of the delivery was a piano, when the drivers turned up they didn't have appropriate equipment to get it onto the back of the truck which apparently was down to me not specifying exactly what equipment would be needed to lift an upright piano (I had assumed that they would know this after saying what piano it was), and as we didn't feel comfortable them taking it it stayed back in the UK, with no money being offered back to me. Other than that all fragile items arrived in one piece within 2 days of leaving UK. Would recommend.
this is one of the worst services ever I had they have no manager to even complain. they offered me packing service for 200 pounds and the two men came and they do not want to pack this is poor service and if they tell me you can not apply for custom relief while the Swedish custom tells me you can though then it is poor service. when I asked them about the boss and they don't have an internal compliant service then it is poor service. I regret using their service which cost me nearly 2000 pounds.
