Ordered earlier this month and still no shipping update — no tracking number, no confirmation, nothing. I’ve contacted customer service three times by email and once via Instagram DM, and received zero response on any channel.
Looking at other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring pattern. At this point I have no way of knowing whether my order will arrive or whether I need to file a chargeback.
Just a reply and a clear update would be enough.

Just a quick post to let you know I am EXTREMELY pleased with the grill badges. They arrived in a timely and safe manner and the packaging was perfect. They looked great when I opened the boxes to see them and look outstanding on the car. Truly a great product at a fair price. Will order from you again.

Bought a grill badge for Christmas. Sadly it wasn’t on time and it took a good while. After a month of waiting i decided to write a mail to the help desk. They answered the day after with an estimated time for delivery and an apology.As promised the package arrived! They put in a little present as an apology!Top customer service and nice quality products.

My order got lost in the mail

My order got lost in the mail, why I send a complaint to the company. It took them a while to reply, but they eventually came back apologizing and promising to send the products once ago. Received my order only a few days later, and it’s great! Will use the company again.

I ordered various grill badges and stickers on the 9th of June….The DHL delivery link does not change and the company does not reply to various calls, mails, Instagram messages etc.Very poor service …

Horrible company

It’s been a month for a simple grill badge. Product says on way. Julia gets back to me days later to tell me “it’s on way”. Terrible company. I asked for money back ten times.
