*Following my original review, I’m pleased to say the company finally reached out and resent the items, which arrived much quicker this time. They apologised for the delay and explained that the order was unfortunately missed due to a period of high traffic and volume. As a goodwill gesture, they also included a few extra decals and pin badges, which was appreciated.While the initial experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and delays, it’s clear the company is not bad—just perhaps a little slow, especially when shipping from the UK. I’m glad the issue was eventually resolved and appreciate the apology and added items.Original Review:I have been waiting for two sets of decals since the 28th of April. This is almost a month ago and yet I'm still waiting with little to no response to my emails from the company or knowledge of where this order is.After emailing twice, I had an email from the company apologising for the delays, which they blamed on being too busy. This is two sets of stickers which are easy to produce and quick to post in an envelope. I sent further emails and Instagram direct messages in the hope of a reply or update, but received no further response. I was thoroughly disappointed with this at the time.
I placed an order, including a 155 euro rug, on April 22, and still havent received it. I sent an email 2 months ago and they told they are sendind it right away, guess what…still waiting. And they dont even answer my emails. Im really frustrated with this, I checked out if their website is real before buying but clearly made a mistake
