I used RentalPremium now for the second time and each time was a huge pain dealing with them.First time we were forced to take an additional assurance which we didn't want to book. But the message was clear, either you book it or you can't get the car. As RentalPremium is located in the middle of nowhere and you can only reach it by shuttle they know that you are in their power.Second time similar scenario, this time we were told that there is still some outstanding payment before receiving the car, of course also a lie...Both times we were forced to pay around 150€ extra for no additional service or whatsoever
Tin pot company run by chancers. First tried to sell me an insurance policy even though i already had their full cover. Started out fine, drove about 50 miles then got a warning in the car that a headlight was not working. Rental Premium office said to "just ignore it, it'll probably be ok". Upon returning the car, the whole operation had disappeared. Nobody at the desk and nobody at the other desks knew what was going on. Then got a bill a few weeks later apparently for fuel, even though the tank was full (i have photo evidence). Avoid.
Beware of hidden charges for cleaning fee.We booked 3 cars for 3 families for a road trip and at the time of car delivery nonone informed us about the cleaning fee of 30,50 euros. We returned the car on rainh day and it was impossible to deliver the shiny. Nowhere in the rental terms were referenced for cleaning fee
Shocking service – left stranded in Rome with a babyAbsolutely disgraceful experience. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived at Rome airport, the car hire company never even came to collect us as arranged. We called to find out what was going on, and instead of any help, the broker informed us that the company didn’t even have a car for us.No warning, no apology, no attempt to make it right — just a flat “technical issue” excuse and the offer of another booking at double the original price. We were left stranded at the airport with our 18-month-old, in a foreign country, after a long journey, with zero assistance.This is not just bad customer service — it’s outright negligence. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company and the broker who enables them. They take your booking, take your money, and leave you high and dry.
Rental Premium is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked in June for an August pickup at Fiumicino, including a car seat for my 1-year-old daughter. They knew we were travelling with a baby.When we landed, I called for pickup as instructed. They flat-out refused, claiming their “website was frozen” and told me to call the broker. No apology. No solution. No basic decency. They abandoned a family with a baby in a foreign country without transport.I had to phone the broker, they told us the hire company didn't have a never had a car for us. They knew this and still let us arrive expecting one. That is not just bad service, it’s dishonest. This company operates with zero integrity, zero responsibility, and zero compassion.Rental Premium should be avoided at all costs. They will happily take your booking, lie by omission, and leave you stranded when it suits them. I wouldn’t trust them to hire out a bicycle, let alone a car.Rental Premium, you left a young family stranded, stressed, and out of pocket. You knew we had a 1-year-old with us and still treated us with zero compassion. I will make sure everyone I know avoids your services like the plague. Shame on you.
