I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. They attract customers with a 1 euro trial, then start charging 39 euros monthly without clear notifications. There is a lack of transparent information in my account; everything is misleading. These practices are deceptive and betray user trust. I demand full transparency, clear communication regarding subscriptions, and a refund of unauthorized charges.
Avoid Rentola at all costs! This platform is a complete scam. They lure you in with a €1 trial, but most of their listings are already expired — you pay for nothing.Then, without any notification, warning, or consent, they silently take €39 from your card as soon as the trial ends. They trap you first, then steal money silently while refusing to provide any refund.Customer support is nonexistent, and there’s no transparency whatsoever. This is unethical, misleading, and borderline illegal under EU consumer protection rules.Do not trust Rentola with your money — they profit from expired listings and unsuspecting users. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly warn everyone: stay away!
This is an absolute scam!They collect the properties from other legit websites and then charge you for showing them!But when you realize that it doesn't worth it you can't unsubscribe immediately, just need to wait for some time, they're doing this in hope that you will forget to unsubscribe later!Then you get the second hit: 40 euros out of your pocket for absolutely nothing!!Avoid this website and look elsewher
Not even worth enough to get a single star. I recently paid to Rentola for a property search. Although it mentioned as 1€ at the beginning, they have taken more money. But they do nothing to help with contacting the respective landlord. This is just a waste of money
As others have already mentioned. This is a complete scam and a very shady practice. I don't understand how they are getting away with this for so much time. They ask for 1 euro to view some information about the listing without any notification that this will lead to a subscription of 39 euros per month. Even in their welcome email there is no mention of this amount just some vague things you can easily overlook. Fortunately they didn't claim my payment as I blocked it and sent them an email with my concerns. Please don't use this service, it's useless anyway as they just aggregate outdated listings from other websites.
Totally scam and thieves, make you subscribe for 1€ then withdraw after that by some days 39€ and that's every month and make it with another company could Reva group which is not here,I don't recommend anyone to deal with it and also I take to a lawyer and we gonna Sue them
