While traveling in Italy and simply trying to reserve a table at a restaurant, I thought I was giving my credit card number to secure the reservation, but apparently, I unknowingly signed up for this service. Fraud. They are refunding one of the two months' charges within some supposed service guarantee window, but refuse to refund the first month. Fraud. I see the claims that the service's terms are clearly displayed online and confirmed via emails and texts, but I assure you I was never on the website—had no idea about the 'service' or the need to visit a site—and I have no record of any confirmation via text or email.
This is a fraudulent website. They openly charge €49.99 per month after a one-time restaurant booking. The service asked for €0.01 for the booking and then subscribed me without my consent or any warning to a premium subscription of €49.99 per month (not even the standard one). They have taken €200 from my account without my knowledge.
