This service is extremely untrustworthy. I never utilized any of their offerings, yet during the holiday season, I discovered they had been taking money from my account. I strongly advise against using them! They are deceitful! I can only hope to recover the funds they unlawfully took from me.
They are major scammers. I didn't use any of their services, and during Christmas, I discovered they were just stealing money from my card. Avoid them at all costs! They are all scammers! I can only hope to recover the money they took from me...
Complete scam. Thankfully, my bank intervened and checked if I was aware of the payment. There was fine print about a 3-day trial after I authorized a £0.01 charge while attempting to book an online taxi abroad. The only small relief was that I managed to cancel the dubious subscription through the chat feature in the text messages I received, but I will now monitor my accounts very closely.
This is definitely a scam website. Like others, I seemingly paid €0.01 when making a restaurant booking, only to be charged €49 for a 'subscription' I never agreed to. I've requested a full refund for the three payments taken from my account. I will escalate this issue if I don't receive this refund, instead of the single payment they have offered.
Exercise caution! I made a restaurant booking thinking it was one service, but somehow ended up on this site. I booked a meal at a certain restaurant for the weekend and was directed to this site for final confirmation. I was just charged £44.17 without my knowledge, and I am furious. I was never asked to subscribe to anything and will be requesting my bank to recover this money. They are scamming innocent people out of their funds. I will also be escalating this with the restaurant.

Like another reviewer, I was led to this site while trying to make an online restaurant booking in Sicily. It seemed like the necessary booking process. I did not intend to subscribe to any service knowingly. The following month, a $89 AUD subscription charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately canceled the 'subscription' and received confirmation, but I have not heard back regarding my request for a refund. Such unethical tactics. The one-star rating is merely because I couldn't leave it blank. I never wanted this service in the first place. Avoid this site for restaurant bookings in Italy.
